- Shipping Time: Once shipped, your package will arrive at your doorstep within 1 to 3 business days.
- Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Refunds Policy

- 30-Day Return Window: You can return eligible items within 30 days from the date you received your package.
- Eligible Items: Kitchen gadgets and tools must be unused, undamaged, and kept in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your kitchen tool arrives broken or you receive the wrong spice, please email us immediately at nouriivacontact@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will ship out a free replacement right away!
